Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to your questions and requests featured in your email messages. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response from the Controller. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6, Section 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which means that the processing of personal data is necessary for purposes deriving from the legitimate interests of the Controller. The legitimate interest of the Controller is to communicate with the person requesting a response from the Controller.

Your personal data will only be processed for the time necessary to respond to you. Your personal data may also be processed after this period until the expiry of the limitation periods for any potential claims. Some data may be kept in archived form for as long as required by applicable law. You have the right to access your personal data, to have them rectified, or deleted, to have their processing limited and to have them transferred. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection if you find that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the provisions on processing personal data. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Social media

Third-party social media, including LinkedIn, may record information relating to you, for example, when you click the “Recommend”, “Comment”, or “Follow” buttons in any social network when visiting the Company’s corporate account. If you visit the Company’s corporate account, in addition to the entity that processes your personal data within the respective social network, the Controller becomes the Controller of part of your personal data.

The Controller processes your personal data in order to:
  • enable LinkedIn users to contact the Controller via the LinkedIn social network on the basis of Article 6, Section 1(f) of the GDPR;
  • enable LinkedIn users to post comments under posts made on the Company’s profile on the basis of Article 6, Section 1(a) of the GDPR;
  • carry out communications from and on the Company’s profile, in particular, to produce replies to comments and publications, with the use of the tools provided by the LinkedIn platform, on the basis of Article 6, Section 1(a) of the GDPR;
  • keep statistics concerning the analysis of the functioning, popularity, and use of the Company’s profile on the basis of Article 6, Section 1(f) of the DPA,
  • conduct potential preparatory proceedings and assert or defend claims – for the duration of the possible proceedings and for the period of limitation of potential claims, on the basis of Article 6, Section 1 (f) of the GDPR;
  • archive data to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations arising from the above purposes – for a period no longer than specified in the provisions regarding the archiving of personal data, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

    Any other purposes of data processing will always be communicated in advance to profile users at the time of data collection. The extent of the data processed may include such information as name, surname, profile name (nick), information made public in the user’s profile (e.g. image), and data provided in the sent messages, published comments, as well as the IP address of the user’s device and information about the user’s online activity.

    The Company is not responsible for the information published on third-party websites or for their actions. This Privacy Policy does not constitute comprehensive information on the processing of personal data of social media users.
