We specialize in managing development projects in logistics (and industrial) and renewable energy segments. We are competent in the initiation of investment projects, financial analysis and recommendations for investors, as well
as the ongoing handling of all operational processes during project implementation. We are able to carry out any logistics
investment from the initial phase, and where possible and financially viable, complement the project with renewable
energy sources installed on roofs, shelters, walls and available ground surfaces. Our projects respond to the challenges of

- Project selection: from needs analysis at the initial stage of cooperation, through project preparation and evaluation, due diligence, audits, conducting and support in negotiations, until finalization and signing of the agreement.
