He gained experience working with law firms, companies operating in the Polish capital market and at Polish Financial Supervision Authority. In the ranking of law firms published by the “Rzeczpospolita”, Piotr has repeatedly received distinctions:
2019 – Individual recommendation in the category of advising private clients (Private Clients) and in the category of preparation for entry into the stock market/capital markets and securities
2020 – Leader in the category of advising private clients (Private Clients) and individual recommendation in the category of preparation for entry into the stock market/capital markets and securities

He graduated with a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. In 2013, he completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and passed the professional exam with distinction, obtaining the title of attorney at law. Piotr specializes in capital market law and commercial law.

Karol has 18 years of experience in the real estate and private equity sectors gained at CVI Dom Maklerski, Newbridge, Peakside Polonia Management and the Ministry of Infrastructure, among others. Since September 2022, he has served as Member of the Management Board at Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, where he is responsible for advising on the acquisition of investment projects and financing.

During his career he has been involved in the following areas:
– managing a portfolio of private debt transactions with a total value of about PLN 0.4 billion (about 20 bond issues);
– analyzing and agreeing the terms of transactions in the commercial and residential real estate market, as well as in the leisure and hospitality segment
– cooperation with external entities to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the risks and conditions of a potential transaction;
– monitoring the investment portfolio based on financial and non-financial data relevant to the issuers under review;
– preparation and presentation of a comprehensive investment structure as part of the decision-making process as a member of the investment committee;
– preparation, implementation and management of new projects, including investment vehicles with a RES strategy;
– valuation and analysis of real estate entities as part of portfolio transactions or direct client investments.
Karol is a graduate in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology and Oxford Brookes University.

Marta has 20+ years of experience as a Financial Controller, specializing in budget preparation, ad hoc forecasts, and developing financial strategies. She actively worked in refining controlling processes, concurrently creating detailed financial results reports and comprehensive cost analyses tailored to the company’s specific needs, including MTD and YTD reports. She was involved in critical projects such as the bank IPO and merger processes. Currently, she holds a supervisory role over the finances of SPV companies with the portfolio of Investment Funds at TFI IPOPEMA SA.

Marek has more than 20 years of experience in supervision and as a construction manager of airport infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, office buildings, sports facilities and warehouse halls. He holds an unlimited contractor’s construction license and is a member of the Mazovian District Chamber of Engineers.
At Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, he is involved in advising on the supervision of construction works.

From 2003 to 2010, he worked as Construction Manager of the BTC Warsaw Office Building, Construction Manager of airport infrastructure and sports facilities (sports halls Felińskiego Street and Karmelicka Street) and reconstruction of the historic Pałac Slubów building (Kłopotowskiego Street) in Warsaw. Since 2007, he has conducted investor supervision of residential and office buildings, including multi-family housing (TBS Bemowo), apartment buildings ( 9 Siediogrodzka Street and 5 Zdziechowskiego Street) and residential buildings 5 Zabkowska Street (revitalization of Old Praga).
