Marta is an expert in finance, controlling, and business analysis with over 20 years of experience gained in the banking, investment, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and the implementation of tools supporting effective corporate financial management. She has participated in the execution of key strategic projects, including IPO processes, mergers of financial institutions, and restructuring projects. She has extensive experience working with management boards, investors, financial institutions, and auditors.

Michał has many years of professional experience in the segments of investment funds, renewable energy, and advising on M&A and PE/VC transactions, both on the side of sellers and buyers. From 2008 to 2021, he worked as a Senior Associate at DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak Law Firm Until 2017, he was responsible for managing projects related to wind energy.

In addition, he dealt with issues in the following areas:
– AIF advisory services for investments in alternative asset classes,
– Industry legal expertise including logistics development, manufacturing, internet services, renewable energy, FMCG, insurance, investment banking and investment funds,
– Bankruptcy/restructuring proceedings, including creation and implementation of restructuring plans.
From 2016 to 2021 he was a member of the Bar Council in Warsaw, and since 2021 he has been a member of the National Bar Council. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Marek has more than 20 years of experience in supervision and as a construction manager of airport infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, office buildings, sports facilities and warehouse halls. He holds an unlimited contractor’s construction license and is a member of the Mazovian District Chamber of Engineers.

From 2003 to 2010, he worked as Construction Manager of the BTC Warsaw Office Building, Construction Manager of airport infrastructure and sports facilities (sports halls Felińskiego Street and Karmelicka Street) and reconstruction of the historic Pałac Slubów building (Kłopotowskiego Street) in Warsaw. Since 2007, he has conducted investor supervision of residential and office buildings, including multi-family housing (TBS Bemowo), apartment buildings ( 9 Siediogrodzka Street and 5 Zdziechowskiego Street) and residential buildings 5 Zabkowska Street (revitalization of Old Praga).
