Piotr is one of the founding partners of Warsaw Infrastructure Partners and a partner at the DZP law firm. He was a Partner at Alto Legal and led the legal team at one of the biggest investment fund companies in Poland. His expertise has been primarily focused on providing legal advice to companies in implementing structures using closed-end investment funds and creating innovative solutions and products at the intersection of investment and finance.

Karolina Karwacka, MRICS
Executive Vice President
Karolina has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and
holds an MRICS degree. She holds a master’s degree and completed doctoral studies in economics from the
Warsaw School of Economics.
At Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, she is involved in market analysis and advisory services
in the field of industrial and logistics real estate financing.

Karol Skiba
Member of the Management Board
Karol has 20+ years of experience in the real estate and private equity sectors gained at CVI Dom Maklerski, Newbridge, Peakside Polonia Management and the Ministry of Infrastructure, among others. From September 2022 until September 2024, he served as a Member of the Management Board at Warsaw Infrastructure Partners. He is now working as an Investment Director, where he is responsible for advising on the acquisition of investment projects and securing financing.

Michał Szpakowski
General Counsel
Michał has many years of professional experience in the segments of investment funds, renewable energy, and advising on M&A and PE/VC transactions, both on the side of sellers and buyers. From 2008 to 2021, he worked as a Senior Associate at DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak Law Firm Until 2017, he was responsible for managing projects related to wind energy.

Marta Kamińska
Chief Financial Officer
Marta has 20+ years of experience as a Financial Controller, specializing in budget preparation, ad hoc forecasts, and developing financial strategies. She actively worked in refining controlling processes, concurrently creating detailed financial results reports and comprehensive cost analyses tailored to the company’s specific needs, including MTD and YTD reports. She was involved in critical projects such as the bank IPO and merger processes. Currently, she holds a supervisory role over the finances of SPV companies with the portfolio of Investment Funds at TFI IPOPEMA SA.
Aleksandra Makowska
Head of Property Management
Ola completed postgraduate studies in commercial property management at Kozminski University and holds a Property Manager License No. 23698. She has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and logistics real estate sector for international real estate funds, private investors, developers, corporate owners, and tenants. Before joining Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, she worked for companies such as Panattoni and AKRON Management PL, where she was responsible for development processes in asset management for logistics, commercial, and office properties. Currently, she leads a team of Property Managers and supports the owner in managing the properties within the fund portfolio managed by IPOPEMA TFI S.A.
Marek Szelągowski
Technical Manager
Marek has more than 20 years of experience in supervision and as a construction manager
of airport infrastructure facilities, residential buildings, office buildings, sports facilities and
warehouse halls. He holds an unlimited contractor’s construction license and is a member of
the Mazovian District Chamber of Engineers.
At Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, he is involved in advising on the supervision of construction works.

Katarzyna Jasińska
Marketing and Office Manager
Kasia is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master’s degree in German Philology from the University of Wrocław and has further specialized with Postgraduate Studies in Marketing Strategies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, at Warsaw Infrastructure Partners, Kasia’s responsibilities include managing the board office, overseeing administrative and organizational tasks and leading marketing initiatives.
